Fee schedule
Fees · Modest, tiered to the job
Bidmark’s tiered fee schedule — both sides. From a $500 handyman visit to a $200,000+ commercial build-out, see exactly what each bracket costs the customer and the pro.
Why fees scale
Modest fees, tiered to the job — on both sides.
Flat pay-per-lead pricing charges the same fee whether the project is a quick handyman call or a six-figure build-out — the marketplace has no reason to scale because the lead is the lead. Bidmark inverts that: every bracket below is calibrated to the dollar value and complexity of the engagement, so a $500 fix doesn’t subsidize a $200,000 coordination job. Both sides of the marketplace pay the same ladder, so there’s no incentive to nudge either side one way or another.

Every bracket above funds the same thing: a sealed-bid window where licensed, insured pros price the work blind against the market, and the rank order — not the loudest cold call — decides who gets the project. The fee buys the envelope, the verifier step, and the ranked reveal. Bespoke engagements above the top bracket are quoted individually.
