How the bid window works
You post the scope. We verify the license and insurance.
Bids unseal at the window's close.
You set the bid window — three to fourteen days is the typical range, with a sixty-day cap. Only contractors holding an active state license in this trade AND current insurance can see your scope and submit a sealed bid. When the deadline hits, the envelopes are unsealed and ranked by price so you pick a winner from head-to-head competition.
Lot clearing, brush mowing, tree removal, stump grinding, grading prep, and right-of-way work for residential, farm, and small commercial sites. Anything where the crew can scope in acreage + caliper + a chips-handoff, and the spread swings on machine class and burn-permit handling rather than a per-ton quote, fits the model.
