Verified pros in this trade
The verified, paid-publish contractors
who can already bid your envelope.
Every tile below is a contractor who has cleared our credential gate and paid the publish fee — so the bids you read are real sealed envelopes from crews that are actually licensed, insured, and ready to take the work.

How the bid window works
You post the scope. We verify the license and insurance.
Bids unseal at the window's close.
You set the bid window — three to fourteen days is the typical range, with a sixty-day cap. Only contractors holding an active state license in this trade AND current insurance can see your scope and submit a sealed bid. When the deadline hits, the envelopes are unsealed and ranked by price so you pick a winner from head-to-head competition.
Weekly, biweekly, and one-shot maintenance — mowing, edging, fertilization, leaf cleanup, seasonal yard resets, plus storm-cleanup reloads after a microburst drops limbs across the lawn. Anything your crew can line-item in a single sealed sheet, where the spread swings on crew size and the fertilization schedule rather than a per-visit quote, fits the model.
The verifier step
Sealed bids only work
if the bidders are real.
Fee structure
Modest fees,
tiered to the job.
Fees are per side — both the customer posting the work and the pro posting the bid pay the matching tier, so the marketplace has no incentive to either side. The same tier schedule applies across every trade.
Source-of-truth numbers live in your onboarding paperwork. The figures here reflect the published tier schedule at launch.
